Hampton Toads Car Care is unlike any other auto repair service in the area. As I sat in the waiting room for them to them to finish my car I overheard several conversations that they had with other customers. Time and time again I heard the auto repair technician informed the customer of things that might be needed on their automobile, but they did not try to push them getting that service in order to have their vehicle pass inspection. This type of customer service and honesty is something that is not the norm any longer. I am truly grateful to find a service center that I can trust. Please do yourself a favor and visit this small family owned business.
